Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for global EOR services (Employer-of-Record) - focus on clients account management, retention and revenue growth with existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless global EOR service delivery and execution across countries jurisdictions
• Manage client issues and escalations through to timely resolution with clear communication
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
• Understand clients needs, identify growth opportunities and upsell with suitable business solutions
• Support commercial activities, including service scoping, contracting, renewals, pricing, invoicing, and account receivables follow-up
• Continue improve on workflows, processes and account management practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management roles; experience in Employer of Record (EOR) services or payroll-related functions will be an advantage.
• Ability to growth business with cross selling and upselling and maintain service quality
• Adaptability and self-initiative working in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
