Position Title: Logistics & Warehouse Executive
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead the customer service team in fulfilling customer orders.
Handle customer enquiries, documentation, billing, and issue resolution.
Monitor shipment clearance and delivery to meet KPIs.
Prepare reports and data analysis using Microsoft Office.
Oversee safety updates, stock audits, and cycle counts.
Improve processes, develop SOPs, and ensure procedures are followed.
Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Diploma or higher qualification.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Hands-on warehouse supervisory experience.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to take ownership and resolve issues proactively.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
