Role Description

We are looking for a high-energy Events & Roadshow Executive to be the face of Bloom on the ground. In this role, you won't be sitting behind a desk. You'll be out at malls, pharmacies, and expos across the Klang Valley, running the activations that put Bloom into people's hands.

Key Responsibilities

Event Execution & Operations

• Run the Show: Plan and execute roadshows, expos, and in-store activations from start to finish.
• Hands-On Logistics: Handle the physical setup and dismantling of event booths (must be willing to get your hands dirty!).
• Book the Slots: Liaise and negotiate with mall management and event organisers to secure the best locations and dates.
• Sales Performance: Actively sell during events and push the team to meet daily sales targets.

Promoter Team Management

• Hiring & Rostering: Source, interview, and schedule part-time promoters for events.
• Training: Conduct product knowledge training to ensure promoters are confident experts on Bloom.
• Supervision: Monitor promoter attendance and on-ground performance to keep energy and professionalism high.

Digital Marketing

• Keep the Buzz Going: Manage day-to-day social content across Instagram, TikTok, and XHS between event days.
• Content Creation: Prepare booth graphics and promo assets ahead of activations, and turn each event into recap content and UGC.
• Follow Up: Nurture and follow up on the leads captured on-ground to convert them into sales.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in Events, Activations, Marketing, or Retail (FMCG/Health & Beauty experience preferred).
• Event Ready: Experience running roadshows/events is highly desirable. Must be physically capable and willing to handle booth setup and dismantling.
• Leadership Potential: Experience supervising part-timers or promoters is a big plus.
• Skills: Strong communication skills for training staff, plus a creative eye for social content.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work weekends or public holidays during event periods.
• Transport: Possess own transport and willing to travel for events and site visits.
