Company background:

We are representing a well known logistic company hiring Customer Service Officer to join the team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone/ live chat/ online platforms.
• Handle complaints calmly, professionally, and with a positive attitude.
• Deliver good customer service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Support team leaders and senior staff when needed.
• Manage operational messages and basic system tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; customer service experience is a plus.
• Good communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Can-tonese will be a plus point.

Working Arrangement:

• 7AM - 12AM (3-shift rotational system) , 9hrs working a day include break time.
• 5 working days per week (Rotational)

Benefits:

• Fixed Allowance: RM200
• Variable Allowance: RM300 (based on attendance)
