Job Description:
- Ensuring all outlets run with stable and reliable systems including Xilnex POS system
- Supporting daily operations with minimal downtime
- Managing IT infrastructure for new and existing outlets
- Acting as the first responder for all system-related issues
- Monitoring outlet CCTV daily and flagging operational anomalies to the operations team
- Auditing outlet POS operation reports to identify discrepancies and protect company integrity
- Managing and maintaining the company’s official website
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
