JOB SUMMARY

BioPearl is an established Malaysian beauty and wellness brand with over 20 years of industry experience.

As we continue expanding our retail and e-commerce business, we are looking for a highly motivated, creative and results-driven Affiliate & Creator Executive to grow our affiliate marketing ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys building relationships and is excited to work with content creators, affiliates, influencers and TikTok Shop to drive online sales.

You will play an important role in recruiting and managing creators, developing affiliate partnerships, supporting campaigns and contributing directly to the growth of BioPearl's online business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit, onboard and manage TikTok affiliates, content creators and influencers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and creators to maximise long-term collaboration.
• Identify, research and approach potential creators who align with the BioPearl brand.
• Coordinate product seeding and ensure affiliates and creators receive products on time.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide recommendations to improve sales and content quality.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Track campaign and affiliate performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Negotiate collaboration terms with creators and affiliates where appropriate.
• Ensure affiliates and creators comply with company guidelines, campaign requirements and brand standards.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, social media trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase affiliate sales, creator performance and overall online revenue.
• Support day-to-day affiliate and creator management activities to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Passionate about social media, TikTok, affiliate marketing and e-commerce.
• Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to build good relationships with creators and affiliates.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Creative and constantly looking for new marketing and content opportunities.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced social commerce environment.

Experience in affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing or content creator management is highly preferred.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or a strong interest in affiliate marketing and social commerce are encouraged to apply.
