Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for IT operations? We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Procurement Specialist to join our team at Menara Gamuda. In this role, you will be the critical link between our business needs and our technology vendors, ensuring our team is equipped with the right hardware and software to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement of computers, hardware peripherals, and software.
• Review supply requests and purchase orders (PO) to ensure accurate documentation of assets.
• Coordinate closely with IT Procurement teams to resolve request discrepancies.
• Create and issue Requisition Orders (RO) and Purchase Orders (PO) to vendors.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all PR/RO/PO records via SharePoint.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Minimum Diploma holder.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin (Read, Write, and Speak) is mandatory. Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience: Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a professional attitude.

Work Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Contract: 12-month renewable contract (Performance-based renewal).
