Primatic Freight Hiring! Full Time Accountant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Prepare and post General Ledger (GL) entries, including:
• Prepayments
• Accruals
• Journal Vouchers (JVs)
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
• Knowledge of Borang B / Borang BE and assist with tax-related matters.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare and present weekly cash flow forecasts and monitor the company's cash position.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Preferable 2 years of working experience in handling full set accounts independently.
• Experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or related industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL).
• Strong analytical, proactive, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, responsible, accountable and a good team player.
• Working days : Weekdays and half day on Saturday
