Currently we are seeking an Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations.
- Manage the clinic's accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Process payroll and ensure statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other regulatory payments are submitted accurately and on time.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business planning.
- Monitor clinic expenses and recommend cost-control initiatives to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and healthcare-related financial requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist management in analyzing financial performance, profitability, and operational costs across clinic services.
- Continuously improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements :
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or clinic industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, or similar ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling financial operations for clinics, medical centers, or healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, panel insurance claims, and medical payment processes.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Experience supporting external audits and tax submissions.
- Possession of a valid driving licence and access to personal transportation is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
