Role Description

The Junior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the management team in creating General Ledger (GL) and Profit & Loss (P&L) for an F&B outlet.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting (at least 1 to 4 years), preferably in F&B, hospitality, or related industries.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Has Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any related field.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software and Zeoniq POS System is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description

• Providing General Ledger for the company.
• Make monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) for the company.
• Handling Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR).
• Ensure accurate documentation for all account & finance related documents and files.
• Cross-check with the Purchasing team for all purchases made by the company.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
