Team Printers Hiring! Full Time Sample Preparation Clerk (QAQC) in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 2,300 - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Prepare and submit colour proofs/samples to customers for colour approval.
• Send approved colour proofs/samples to the offset printing department according to job card specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding sample submission requirements and timelines.
• Arrange the collection of colour proofs/samples from customers when required.
• Review and check artwork designs to ensure they meet job specifications before sample preparation.
• Work closely with the Prepress team to coordinate and prepare colour proofs/samples.
• Follow up with customers on CTC (Customer to Confirm) approval status and ensure timely confirmation.
• Liaise with the Sales team regarding sample preparation, submission and approval requirements.
• Coordinate sample/proof preparation and submission for subcontracted (subcon) printing jobs.
• Ensure all samples and approvals are properly tracked and completed according to production schedules.

REQUIREMENT:-

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Printing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
• Able to work independently and as part of a tea
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
