Retail Assistant

Salary: RM 2, 800 per month

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team at Plaza Low Yat. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, handling daily retail operations, and supporting our e-commerce activities through Shopee.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable products.
• Explain and promote audio, video, and electronic accessories.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions including cash, card, and e-wallet.
• Maintain product displays, shop cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
• Assist with the company's Shopee account, including replying to customer enquiries, processing online orders, packing orders, and updating product information when required.
• Support daily store operations and follow company SOPs and instructions from the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma; higher qualifications are an advantage.
• Mandarin is a MUST.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Retail, electronics sales, or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Working Hours

Working Days: 6 days per week
Rest Day: 1 weekday

Monday – Friday:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekends / Public Holidays (Rotational):

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
