Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Scope
************* is Southeast Asia’s leading marketplace for digital goods, in-game currencies, and gaming services. Rent Time Service (RTS) — renting out game accounts, items, and in-game time to players — is a fast-growing category for us. As Category Operations Executive, you’ll help shape where RTS goes next: building the roadmap, running requirements-gathering for future services, researching new markets and service types, and keeping every team — Tech, Branding, Social Media, and beyond — aligned around the same plan. You’ll also act as the go-to liaison with Tech/BA on product issues, and use data to inform decisions across the category.
Responsibilities
  • Roadmap & Requirements:
    • Assist in developing the overall RTS roadmap.
    • Run a structured requirements-gathering process for future RTS services.
    • Set priorities for enhancements and additional features, with input from the Seller Growth Executive role and user feedback.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research — explore potential new markets and new service types RTS could build.
  • Cross-Team Alignment & Product Liaison:
    • Consolidate RTS plans with other teams (Tech, Branding, Social Media, etc.) to keep everything aligned and avoid working in silos.
    • Act as the liaison with Tech/BA for product-related issues and inquiries.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze sales, order, and other operational data to support planning and decision-making.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in market research, business/product analysis, business development, or a related analytical role.
  • Comfortable running or contributing to a requirements-gathering process, and translating findings into a workable roadmap or plan.
  • Experience analyzing competitor products/features and sales or order data, and turning both into clear, actionable insights.
  • Able to work cross-functionally — comfortable coordinating with Tech, BA, Branding, and Social Media to keep plans aligned.
  • Detail-oriented but flexible — able to keep data and plans current without needing a rigid, fixed process.
  • A genuine interest in and working knowledge of the gaming market — you play games and follow what’s happening in them.
  • Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Nice to have:
    • Prior exposure to product management, business analysis, or QA/testing workflows.
    • Comfortable with data tools (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI dashboards).
    • Familiarity with account/time rental or subscription-based gaming services (the Rent Time Service model).
