Key Responsibilities

• Work across Business and IT teams to understand, document, and improve existing banking processes.
• Conduct process discovery sessions with business users, operations teams, technology stakeholders, risk, compliance, and control functions.
• Document and codify current-state processes, including process steps, business rules, roles and responsibilities, handoffs, controls, exceptions, and system touchpoints.
• Build and maintain a structured process repository for the bank’s digitalization program.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, streamlining, digitalization, and automation.
• Assess processes across areas such as wealth processes, portfolio financing, and AML.
• Work with Automation Engineers to identify candidate processes suitable for tools such as Power Automate, workflow platforms, business process tools, and Python-based automation where applicable.
• Translate business process requirements into documentation that can be used by IT and automation teams.
• Support the definition of future-state workflows and operating models.
• Leverage the bank’s existing tools and internal working model when documenting and improving processes.
• Prepare process maps, process narratives, standard operating procedures, business requirement documents, user stories, and control documentation.
• Support prioritization of process digitalization opportunities based on business value, complexity, feasibility, control impact, and delivery effort.
• Ensure process documentation is clear, reusable, auditable, and suitable for ongoing governance.
• Support delivery within the targeted program timeline.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Transformation Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience in process discovery, process mapping, process documentation, and requirements gathering.
• Experience working across Business and IT teams.
• Ability to understand operational processes and convert them into structured, reusable documentation.
• Experience identifying process improvement, streamlining, and automation opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work with business users, IT teams, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
• Strong written documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a structured banking or regulated environment.
• Preferred Experience
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Experience in wealth management operations, portfolio financing, AML, KYC, compliance operations, or banking back-office processes.
• Exposure to process digitalization, workflow automation, RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, or operational transformation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, business process management platforms, workflow tools, or process repository tools.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, or operational excellence approaches.
• Experience working within an internal delivery model or established enterprise governance framework.

Preferred Experience

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Experience in wealth management operations, portfolio financing, AML, KYC, compliance operations, or banking back-office processes.
• Exposure to process digitalization, workflow automation, RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, or operational transformation.
