Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Develop annual forecasting, A&P budgeting and execution of marketing as well as action plans to achieve the business goals
Design and lead 360-degree campaigns and product launch strategies, aligning global brand guidelines with local consumer insights and trends.
Map out detailed execution plans and supervise the team to deliver outstanding result through efficient communication and implementation.
Monitor and analyze campaigns & to provide insights and recommendations to optimize investment.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand principals, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing and Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in retail industry with at least 2 years at supervisory level, have experience in beauty retail industry would be advantage
Passionate about beauty/ luxury, with strong sense of industry trend and digital landscape.
Enthusiastic, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure
Strong analytical mind and self-motivated
Good team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
