About the Role

Drive the pricing strategy and financial performance of our High Net Worth (HNW) business. This role leads the actuarial pricing function, shaping product strategy, portfolio performance, underwriting philosophy, and capital optimisation while ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with the company's risk appetite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pricing strategy and product leadership for HNW life and wealth products, balancing growth, profitability, and risk.
• Oversee pricing frameworks, product design, underwriting philosophy, and governance for HNW solutions.
• Drive portfolio performance through proactive monitoring, pricing optimisation, capital efficiency, and reinsurance strategies.
• Partner with Investment, Product, Distribution, and Reinsurance teams to enhance customer value and commercial outcomes.
• Provide risk, reserving and governance oversight on pricing, underwriting, and product risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

Requirement

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Actuarial qualification (FIA, FSA, ASA or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years' actuarial experience or above.
• Strong expertise in life insurance pricing, HNW products, reinsurance, and capital management.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy and deliver profitable business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
