Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Monitor data and system transactions, assisting in identifying and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Assist in data validation and analysis to improve data accuracy and quality.
- Create, review, and update process documentation and user guides.
- Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and day-to-day operational activities.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Team player with a willingness to contribute to continues improvement initiatives.
