The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong, responsible for supporting business leaders and employees across the organization.

The HR Business Partner will oversee performance management processes, support workforce planning, and collaborate with managers on talent development and retention initiatives. The role requires close partnership with management to align people strategies with business objectives while promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment.

As we continue to expand our organization, we are looking for a driven and people-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews and onboarding.
• Create, manage and monitor job advertisements across different recruitment platforms.
• Identify and attract potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Assist in the onboarding and development of new team members.
• Work closely with the management team to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Support HR-related activities, workshops, meetings and company events.
• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to creating a positive and energetic workplace culture.
• Continuously explore new ideas and strategies to improve the company's recruitment and people-development process.
