Role Description The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing Communications in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing and communication initiatives for Kaotim and Takaful Malaysia. The role assists in delivering brand, digital marketing, advertising, and campaign activities to ensure consistent messaging and effective engagement across customer and stakeholder touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing communications, branding, digital marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• Experience in campaign management, content development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with agencies and external vendors is an advantage
• Experience in the financial services or insurance/takaful industry would be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of marketing communications principles and integrated campaign management.
• Good understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of branding, content marketing, advertising, and public relations.
• Familiarity with marketing performance measurement and reporting.
