Job Description: Senior Manager – Program, Analytics & Account Management with Retail & CPG background.

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior professional (10–15 years’ experience) to lead large-scale transformation programs, drive demand generation, and manage strategic client account within the Retail & CPG domain. The role blends delivery leadership, customer & stakeholder management.

This role is based in Singapore and requires candidates who are currently located in Singapore with valid work authorization (Singapore PR or Singapore Citizenship), enabling seamless engagement with regional clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs across Retail & CPG
• Manage multiple concurrent programs ensuring adherence to timelines, cost, and quality
• Establish strong governance frameworks (RAID, KPIs, executive reporting)
• Ensure profitable and sustainable delivery
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance

2. Demand Generation & Management

• Drive proactive demand generation through strategic client engagement
• Identify and convert new opportunities aligned with business and digital transformation goals
• Partner with sales and solution teams to build a strong pipeline

3. Account Management

• Own and grow key strategic customer contacts
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage escalations
• Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives supporting sales

4. Business Analysis & Consulting

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and business case creation
• Provide domain-driven insights across retail operations, supply chain, and CX
• Bridge business needs with technology solutions

7. Stakeholder Management

• Engage senior stakeholders (CXO / Business Heads) as a trusted advisor
• Align cross-functional teams across business, technology, and analytics
• Ensure clear and transparent communication
• Also, willing to roll up the sleeves and communicate with multiple layers of client organization to gain mindset

8. Leadership & Accountability

• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for delivery and business outcomes
• Lead and mentor teams to drive high performance
• Deliver executive-level communication and reporting

Qualifications & Eligibility

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in consulting / IT services / analytics-driven roles
• Experience working in global, multi-market delivery environments
• Readiness to travel occasionally
• Mandatory: Singapore PR or Singapore Citizenship
