Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya for an HR Admin Assistant / Business Development Officer. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and handling basic HR documentation. The position also encompasses administrative duties such as managing schedules, preparing correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating meetings. On the business development side, the role includes assisting with client outreach, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining client databases, and supporting marketing and relationship-building initiatives. The successful candidate will liaise with internal teams and external parties, ensure smooth office operations, and provide responsive support to partners and staff.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), including basic knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and employee coordination.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage scheduling, documentation, and office coordination effectively.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries professionally and support positive client relationships.
  • Relevant experience in a professional services or legal environment is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools) is required.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work independently with appropriate guidance.
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
