Customer Service Officer (Warehouse)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: $2,500 - $2,800
Job Responsibilities
Process customers' incoming and outgoing orders and data accurately.
Coordinate daily warehouse operations with the admin and operations teams.
Provide customer support via phone and email.
Prepare shipping and import/export documentation.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
Work closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Good communication skills in English.
Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or customer service is preferred.
