About the Roles

Join as a Service Technician (Electrical & Electronics) based at Joo Chiat Road, supporting repair and troubleshooting work for electrical and electronic home appliances as well as industrial equipment. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm, offering basic salary + PB.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical and electronic home appliances and industrial equipment.
• Repair appliances and equipment using appropriate service methods and procedures.
• Operate testing tools and instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and other electrical measuring devices.
• Receive and coordinate the collection of appliances and equipment from customers.
• Assist customers professionally and maintain a pleasant service experience.
• Prepare service reports and goods receiving reports with accurate details.
• Share diagnostic findings clearly and recommend suitable next steps to customers.
• Monitor stock inventory and ensure proper handling of equipment and repaired items.
• Support new projects and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Learn through hands-on work and continue improving repair and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong interest and passion for hands-on repair work and troubleshooting.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 2 driving licence is an advantage.
