Online Customer Service

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers with online orders
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and order status to ensure customer satisfaction

Cashiering

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments, and issue receipts
• Balance the cash register and prepare daily sales reports

Store Operations

• Assist with stock receiving, checking, and shelving
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and product displays
• Support inventory checks and flag low-stock items

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
