Responsibilities

• Manage overall logistics and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate shipments, inventory control, import/export activities, and customs clearance.
• Monitor and control logistics costs, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the logistics team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and customs procedures.
• Handle matters related to LMW, SST, MIDA, COO, MITI, Customs, and other relevant government agencies.
• Manage import and export documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics or delivery issues when required.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and customs documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–6 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
