JOB VACANCY: JUNIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR

We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive individual to join us as a Junior Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. This role involves administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure smooth daily management and business operations.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage the Director’s travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Act as liaison between management, branches, clients, and suppliers
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and operational updates
• Assist with special projects and branch coordination
• Handle confidential matters with professionalism
• Ensure all ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director are completed efficiently and within the given timeline
• Able to commute and oversee KL branches when required
• Required to report to HQ (Bangi) at least once a week
• Will be stationed on the ground to monitor and supervise staff operations when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a good CGPA

- Strong communication skills (English)

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

- Professional, discreet, and accountable

- Willing to travel

- Possess a valid driving license

WORKING STRUCTURE

- 5 and half working days

- Offday weekdays

- Based at Sri Rampai with occasional branch visits

- 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
