Role Overview

This role supports the company's business development initiatives by promoting the company's services, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, supporting tender and proposal submissions, and preparing reports for management and headquarters. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and be willing to travel when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote the company's branding, engineering services, and business solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify industry trends and new business opportunities.
• Support the preparation and submission of tenders and business proposals.
• Prepare reports for the Head of Department, Regional Office, and Shanghai Headquarters.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments related to business development.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently, and a good team player.
