Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITY
a) Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., DOE, EIA, ISO 14001).
b) Develop, implement, and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMP)
c) Conduct site inspections, environmental monitoring, and audits to identify potential risks.
d) Manage waste disposal, water quality, air quality, and noise monitoring activities.
e) Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory authorities and management.
f) Conduct environmental awareness training for employees and contractors
g) Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders on environmental matters.
h) Investigate and report environmental incidents, recommending corrective and preventive measures.
i) Maintain proper documentation and records related to environmental compliance.
SKILL / QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
a) Certified Professional Environmental Officer in EIA Projects (CEPEOEIA).
b) Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or a related field, or a Diploma with relevant experience.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
