• Assist the team in conducting research on media, journalism, digital platforms, copyright, and related policy matters.
• Assist in research and preparation of information relating to the establishment of a Collective Management Organisation (CMO) for news publishers.
• Support the preparation of research notes, briefing materials, presentations, reports, and other project documents.
• Assist in gathering and organising information on relevant stakeholders, media organisations, government agencies, industry partners, and other relevant parties.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of stakeholder meetings, consultations, workshops, and engagement sessions.
• Support the team in organising events, conferences, meetings, and official programmes organised by Majlis Media Malaysia.
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting notes/minutes, and maintaining project records and documentation.
• Provide general administrative and secretariat support for ongoing projects and activities.
• Assist with other tasks and assignments related to the team’s projects as directed by the supervisor.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
