Assistant Executive – Logistics

PALMAJU Edible Oil Sdn. Bhd.

• Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, suppliers and internal departments on delivery schedules and logistics arrangements.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on shipments to ensure goods arrive safely and on time.
• Prepare and maintain delivery orders, shipping documents, transport documents and other logistics-related records.
• Assist in arranging transportation based on delivery requirements, vehicle availability and operational priorities.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure proper handling of goods during transportation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Sales, Purchasing and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of logistics and transportation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
