About the Role

We are looking for a Process Excellence Manager to join an AI Process Innovation team focused on transforming how business and corporate functions work across Southeast Asia.

This is a hands-on process improvement and capability-building role. You will lead process improvement projects from end to end, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, coach business teams, and identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and workflow technologies to improve productivity.

You will work closely with functions such as Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and other business operations, helping teams redesign high-volume and high-friction processes into more efficient, AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and operational excellence projects, from current-state assessment through implementation and measurable results.
• Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma / DMAIC methodologies, including SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and process measurement.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and practical workshops to non-technical business users.
• Develop customised training materials and practical case studies based on real business processes.
• Coach Citizen Developer participants throughout a structured 16-week improvement programme.
• Establish process baselines and conduct before-and-after impact analysis to quantify productivity improvements.
• Facilitate project reviews and communicate progress, findings, and results to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to introduce AI, automation, and workflow solutions into manual processes.
• Work with technology/platform teams to design and test AI-assisted workflows.
• Explore emerging Generative AI and agentic AI tools to improve process analysis, documentation, and solution development.
• Develop reusable process improvement playbooks, templates, SOPs, and best practices for future projects.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Management Consulting, Business Transformation, or a related field.
• Proven experience owning improvement projects from diagnosis through implementation and measurable impact.
• Lean Six Sigma certification – Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of DMAIC, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and process measurement.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or facilitation sessions to non-technical business users.
• Ability to develop training content and practical learning materials independently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build quantified baselines and before-and-after impact analysis using operational data.
• Hands-on experience with at least one process automation or workflow platform, such as:
• Power Automate
• UiPath
• Workato
• n8n
• or similar tools
• Experience using AI tools or emerging technologies to improve productivity, analyse data, document processes, or develop workflow solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working onsite and travelling within Southeast Asia when required.
