Job Summary

Supervise daily room cleaning operations in the hotel, ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance to maximize guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and quality cleaning of guest rooms.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hotel standards. Collaborate with front desk and maintenance departments to coordinate guest requests and repairs.
• Assist guest in related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and maintain cleaning schedules and reports.
• Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Enforce hotel policies, safety procedures, and standards of cleanliness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
