Work Location: Project Site, Penang
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, including checking for damaged or missing items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular bi-weekly stock counts.
• Organize, store, label, and issue materials properly at the project site.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the warehouse/store and surrounding areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods and materials.
• Operate forklift and other material-handling equipment safely to move, stack, and arrange materials.
• Monitor material movement in and out of the project site and maintain proper records.
• Identify defective or excess items and arrange returns to suppliers.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory control and preventing stock loss.
• Perform other storekeeping, forklift, and site-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or material handling is preferred.
• Forklift experience and valid forklift license/certification will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse and material-handling duties.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work at project sites in Penang.
• Willing to follow company and site safety procedures.
