Job Purpose

To manage all project documents through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ensuring accurate document control, timely submission, revision management and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Upload, organise and maintain project drawings, RFIs, technical submissions and correspondence.
• Control document numbering, revisions and approval status.
• Monitor document turnaround time and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors regarding document submissions.
• Maintain document registers and tracking logs.
• Ensure latest approved drawings are issued to site teams.
• Prepare weekly document status reports.
• Support project team during audits and project handover.
• Ensure all project records are properly archived upon project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Document Controller.
• Hands-on experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is mandatory.
• Familiar with document control procedures in EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
• Able to manage multiple document submissions under tight deadlines.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience in fast-track industrial or data centre projects is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
