About the Job
This is a strategic HR leadership role where you will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources while driving the transformation and continuous improvement of the HR function. You will strengthen people practices, optimises structures and processes, and partner closely with business to build a scalable people strategy that supports long-term growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, learning & development, compliance, and HR operations
- Review and strengthen the existing HR structure, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and support business objectives
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational growth, workforce planning, and long-term business priorities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team while fostering a high-performance and collaborative working environment
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain critical talent across manufacturing and corporate functions
- Oversee payroll administration, compensation frameworks, and employee benefits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness
- Partner with management on succession planning, performance management, organisational development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards while supporting audits and policy reviews
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide strategic advice on people-related matters and organisational challenges
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices across HR operations and administration
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proven experience leading the full spectrum of HR functions within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations
- Demonstrated experience in HR transformation, organisational development, or process improvement initiatives
- Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence across all levels
- Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to drive initiatives while managing day-to-day operational priorities
