• We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging mobile digital experiences across our wealth management products. You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, researchers, and engineers throughout the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery.
  

• Conduct user research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate research and business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric, data-driven products.
• Apply service design principles to improve end-to-end customer journeys.
• Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Promote design best practices, accessibility standards, and a user-first culture.

• 8+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of successful digital products.
• Proven ability to lead the design process from discovery through delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and validating concepts through user research and data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments and navigating complex, ambiguous challenges.
• Experience designing digital products within financial services, wealth management, banking, fintech, or large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with complex business processes, regulated environments, and enterprise-scale platforms.
• Knowledge of WCAG/ADA accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
