Job Description*

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud, CTI Integration, Tele-Sales Processes, Agile Delivery

Lead end-to-end business analysis for Salesforce Sales Cloud Tele-Sales initiatives, including gathering, documenting, and managing business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define future-state processes and customer engagement journeys.

Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.

Drive requirements related to CTI integration, click-to-dial, screen pop, call logging, agent productivity, and telephony-enabled sales processes.

Support UAT, change management, and deployment activities while ensuring business objectives and adoption targets are achieved
