About Our Client

Job Description

* Partner with business units to grasp operational needs and convert them into clear technical requirements

* Conduct requirement gathering, documentation, and refinement through interviews and user story sessions

* Translate business expectations into functional specs for development and architecture teams

* Support UAT planning, review test scenarios, and assist with issue resolution

* Perform impact studies, risk assessments, and support change management activities

* Work with APIs, REST services, and event-driven frameworks across enterprise systems

* Carry out data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools like Power BI

* Prepare system workflows, process diagrams, and comprehensive technical documentation

* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives

* Coordinate with project teams on deployments, release schedules, and rollout initiatives

* Provide support for cloud-based solutions, including Azure-related components

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

* 5-10 years' experience in business/system analysis within enterprise environments

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges

* Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure preferred), APIs, and modern architecture concepts

* Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases

* Able to interpret basic code logic and troubleshoot technical gaps

* Proficient in documentation tools such as Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps/Jira, and PowerPoint

* Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

* Well-organized, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively

* Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
