China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”.

• Overall coordination of all E&M / Building Services systems across project, including coordination & regular factory visits for off-site MiMEP prefabricated MiC modules, cross-unit service joint coordination.
• Review fully coordinated combined BS drawings & builder’s work drawings, eliminate clashes among duct, pipe, cable tray, fire, A/C, drainage & sanitary; reserve sufficient maintenance clearance.
• Prepare master submission schedule for drawings, samples, equipment, test & commissioning documents, monitor approval progress with Consultant & PM, maintain full tracking logs.
• Coordinate MiC factory MEP installation standards; supervise factory pre-fit-out of MiMEP units, resolve cross-module pipe & cable connection details, audit factory watertightness & airtightness test records.
• Liaise with utility companies, government departments, Resident Building Services Engineer (RBSE), MiC Co-ordinator, all BS sub-contractors & architectural/structural teams to resolve interface & construction clashes.
• Plan & monitor overall BS installation programme & T&C schedule; coordinate phased inspection & pre-handover acceptance.
• Oversee compilation of coordinated as-built BS drawings, O&M manuals, test certificates & spare part schedules, ensure full compliance with contract & BD standards.
• Chair BS coordination meetings, weekly site progress meetings & off-site MiC production coordination meetings; track all interface defects & rectification follow-up.
• Monitor site-wide BS quality, safety & environmental inspections; arrange pre-concealment witness inspections for all hidden services.

• Corporate Member of HKIE in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Division.
• Minimum 10 years overall BS industry experience, with no less than 5 years dedicated BS coordination experience on large-scale Hong Kong public works projects.
• Prior MiMEP / MiC off-site factory coordination experience is highly preferred, familiar with cross-module service connection details.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks clash detection; capable of drafting bilingual coordination reports & method statements independently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, fire services, power, drainage, sanitary, ELV, lift systems & Hong Kong E&M statutory codes.
• Fluent Cantonese, professional written & spoken English; Green Card & Confined Space Certificate holder preferred.
• Available for regular overseas MiC factory meetings & production inspections.
