Responsibilities

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Quantity Surveyor to oversee main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, budgeting, and material procurement for major construction projects in Hong Kong.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying with professional qualifications (MHKIS/MRICS/RPS) and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 7 years with a main contractor. Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
