Responsibilities
Looking for a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our venue.
Working closely with the Manager, you will help oversee the outlet's day-to-day operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer service. As our outlet operates around a full-service bar, you should possess strong bartending knowledge and be confident supporting bar operations whenever required.
Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth service flow
Assist the Manager in achieving revenue targets while managing labour costs and overall profitability
Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service
Oversee and manage bar operations, ensuring drink quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards
Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and coordinate ordering with relevant departments
work with operation team on promotions and drive effective upselling initiatives
handle guest feedbacks promptly and professionally to ensure positive customer experiences
take charge of outlet in the absence of operation manager
ensure compliance with company policies , safety regulations and operations procedures
