E-commerce Marketplace Manager – Growth & Analytics

Appointment may be at Assistant Manager or Manager level depending on experience, capability and demonstrated marketplace performance.

About the Role

Advance Supplies is looking for a hands-on E-commerce professional to drive marketplace growth and performance across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada.

The role focuses on marketplace analytics, advertising optimisation, campaign execution, product performance and commercial improvement.

Strong Senior E-commerce Executives who are ready to step into management are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly marketplace performance.
• Identify growing, declining and underperforming products and shops.
• Investigate changes in traffic, conversion, sales, advertising and stock.
• Manage and optimise Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads and Lazada Sponsored Solutions.
• Monitor ROAS, ACOS and advertising-attributed sales.
• Plan marketplace campaigns, promotions and vouchers.
• Develop bundles, add-on deals, cross-selling and upselling strategies.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, SKU performance and stock availability.
• Prepare marketplace reports and dashboards.
• Analyse TikTok Shop affiliate and creator performance.
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities.
• Coordinate marketplace actions with internal teams.
• Guide junior employees or interns where required.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of relevant E-commerce or marketplace experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Marketplace advertising and campaign experience.
• Good Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Able to independently investigate performance issues and recommend actions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Shopee experience.
• TikTok Shop and Lazada experience.
• Experience supervising junior team members.
• BigSeller, Power BI, Looker Studio or SQL experience.
