Business Process Analysis & Improvement

· Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

· Assist in documenting, mapping and standardising operational procedures and workflows across departments.
Support initiatives aimed at improving productivity, cost efficiency and service delivery.

· Develop and maintain process documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps and guidelines.

2. Change Management Support

· Assist in the implementation of organisational change initiatives including system improvements, policy changes and operational restructuring.

· Support communication and engagement efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

· Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide updates to management on implementation status.

· Identify potential challenges and support mitigation strategies during transition phases.

3. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

· Collect, analyse and interpret operational data to assess the effectiveness of business processes.

· Support the development of performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring process improvements.

· Prepare reports and dashboards to track operational performance and improvement outcomes.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with various departments to understand operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.

· Facilitate discussions and workshops to identify improvement opportunities and promote best practices.

· Support coordination between departments during process improvement and change initiatives.

5. Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Support the implementation of improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies where applicable.
• Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, and operational practices to ensure alignment with corporate standards and strategic objectives.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
