About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial part in analysing customers' requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and translating complex business challenges into clear technical specifications. This role is essential to ensuring our projects deliver real business value and align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements

• Conduct thorough process mapping and workflow analysis

• Create detailed functional specifications and requirements documentation

• Collaborate with IT teams, project managers and customers

• Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired business outcomes

• Develop business cases and impact assessments for proposed solution

• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities

• Conduct Users Training

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

• 2-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role

• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation and analysis techniques

• Solid understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

• Experience with business process modelling tools and techniques (UML, BPMN or similar)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and logical thinking approach to complex business challenges

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

• Experience with database concepts and SQL is advantageous
