Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall assist the Head- Group Treasury of the Company.
• Banking Operations: Assist in banking facilities, loans, and credit lines.
• Assist in treasury service and process optimisation.
• Intercompany funding and operation in line with corporate policies and mandate (Treasury company's management accounts, documentation and administration)
• Cash Flow Management: Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts to ensure the company has optimal liquidity to fund daily operations and investments.
• Compliance & Reporting: Group Borrowing, covenant, cash report
• Assist in providing financial data analysis on related corporate proposal
• Capital Markets: Assists in corporate finance activities such as Sukuk or bond issuances and other documentation.
