ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll take ownership of the field — meeting business owners, safety officers and management teams face-to-face, understanding their operational risks, and crafting practical, compliant and cost-effective OSH solutions that fit. This is a role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, building relationships, and thinking on their feet rather than sitting behind a desk. You'll work closely with Safety & Health Officers, OSH Committees and management teams to understand their risks, legal requirements and operational challenges, then recommend suitable Safetyware products, services and programmes that support better OSH standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a trusted OSH advisor to clients — understand their operations, hazards and compliance gaps, then recommend appropriate controls (engineering, administrative and PPE)
- Conduct site visits and walkabouts to observe work activities on the ground and identify opportunities to improve OSH performance using Safetyware's solutions
- Design and propose integrated OSH solution packages — PPE and safety equipment, safety signage and labelling, OSH/EHS training and consultancy programmes, and OSH/EHS software and digital tools
- Prepare professional recommendations, proposals and costings that tie your suggested solutions to specific legal requirements, standards (e.g. OSHA, FMA, ISO 45001) and measurable risk reduction
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Safety & Health Officers, OSH Coordinators and other key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer information, solution proposals and activities in the ERP system
