Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform assigned manufacturing and production processes accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks during production.
• Operate AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipment where required.
• Identify and report product defects, process deviations, equipment abnormalities, and safety concerns.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and contamination-control requirements.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including cleanroom attire.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions and support daily production targets.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, assembly, production, or related environments is preferred.
• Experience as a Production Operator, AOI Operator, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Assembly Operator, or QA/QC Operator is an advantage.
• Experience operating production or AOI machines is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing PPE / cleanroom attire.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods during working hours.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
