Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out developmentally appropriate activities in line with Kidskool’s curriculum.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment that complies with all licensing and safety standards.

• Build warm, trusting relationships with infants and maintain open communication with parents.

• Provide attentive, individualized care including feeding, diapering, soothing, and nap routines.

• Observe, record, and track each child’s developmental progress, and share updates with parents regularly.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive learning environment.

• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Participate in training and professional development to continuously improve teaching practices.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / High School qualification or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in infant care or a licensed childcare setting (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Basic understanding of infant development and caregiving practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, patient, and passionate about working with young children.

• Able to pass background checks and obtain required clearances.

• Physically able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (approx. 13–14kg).

• Willing to undergo CPR and First Aid training.
