About the Role

 We are looking for a proactive Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience to join our team in Penang. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to source, attract, and select qualified talent to support our growing regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment processes, from job scoping and sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and local talent networks to proactively build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.

• Screen candidate resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate cultural and role alignment.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on talent requirements, job descriptions, and hiring timelines.

• Track key recruitment metrics and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience (agency or in-house).

• Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Penang and Malaysian talent market, recruitment channels, and hiring practices.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; local language proficiency (Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin) is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools.

• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a results-driven mindset.
