Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Participates in developing the Departmental Budget.
Executes and prepares relevant payroll processes for Kuala Lumpur and other entities on time.
Maintains and controls records on wages, allowances, overtime pay, annual increments, bonuses, and benefits.
Monitors and handles staff training with HRDC.
Collates and maintains relevant information on benefits, e.g. annual leave entitlement, medical leave, medical entitlement, etc.
Implements benefits in compliance with T & C, HR policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Implements, monitors, and maintains time management processes for attendance purposes.
Participates in reviewing and recommending technology that enables systems and processes to improve human resource functions.
Plans and organizes employee activities and events.
Assists in industrial relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, etc.
Assists in coordinating with the Health Ministry (KKM) and other ministries on licensing matters for Kuala Lumpur and other entities if required.
Support other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in payroll and HR administration.
Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Pleasant personality, team player, results-oriented, driven for results, proactive.
